Gallery Cleaner: AI Sweep — Terms and Conditions
Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA)
Version 1.0 · Effective date: 19 October 2026 · Last updated: 19 October 2026
Provider: Tuğrulhan Çınar, trading as Portal Studio, Kemalöz Mahallesi, 2. Barut Sk. No: 16, Kat: 1, Daire: 2, Uşak/Merkez, Türkiye · Contact: portalstudio.info@gmail.com
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE APP.
THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT PROVISIONS ON YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVERY PHOTO AND VIDEO YOU DELETE, COMPRESS, CONVERT, REPLACE OR MOVE INTO THE PRIVATE VAULT (SECTION 6), ON THE LIMITS OF AUTOMATED AND AI-BASED SUGGESTIONS (SECTION 7), A DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES (SECTION 19), A LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY (SECTION 20) AND — IF YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES — A BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER (SECTION 24.5).
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OPENING OR USING THE APP YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP AND DELETE IT FROM YOUR DEVICE.
Key points at a glance
This summary is for convenience only. It does not replace the full Terms below.
- You decide, the App only suggests. Nothing in your photo library is deleted unless you select it and then confirm the deletion in the iOS system dialog shown by Apple.
- Suggestions can be wrong. "Similar", "duplicate", "blurry", "best shot", "old screenshot", "sensitive", "receipt", face groups and every other automatic result is an estimate. You must review every item before you confirm.
- Deletion becomes permanent. Deleted items wait in Apple's "Recently Deleted" album only for the period Apple decides (currently up to about 30 days). After that, or once you empty that album, they are gone for good. With iCloud Photos or a Shared Library, a deletion also reaches your other devices and possibly other people.
- Back up first. Gallery Cleaner is not a backup service and keeps no copy of your photos. Make and check your own backup before you clean up.
- The Private Vault lives only on this device. Items you move into the Vault are removed from your photo library. If you delete the App, reset or lose your device, the Vault and everything in it can be lost forever. Put items back in the gallery before you delete the App or change devices.
- Smaller copies are lower-quality copies. Shrinking a video, turning a Live Photo into a still or re-encoding a screenshot creates a new, smaller copy. If you then delete the original, its full quality, motion, sound and edit history are lost.
- AI results are not professional advice. Face groups, search answers, receipt amounts, expense files, warranty dates, redaction and sensitive-content detection can be incomplete or wrong.
- Premium renews automatically through your Apple Account until you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for the loss of photos, videos, memories or any other data, for wrong suggestions or for the consequences of actions you confirmed.
- Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
1. About these Terms
1.1 Agreement. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Tuğrulhan Çınar, trading as Portal Studio ("Portal Studio", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of the Gallery Cleaner: AI Sweep application for iPhone and iPad (the "App"), including its widgets, Siri and Shortcuts actions, Spotlight entries, notifications, in-app purchases, updates and upgrades, and any support pages or websites we operate for the App (together, the "Service").
1.2 Acceptance. You accept these Terms by downloading, installing, opening, accessing or using the App, or by tapping a button that indicates acceptance. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not use the Service and must delete the App.
1.3 Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) explains what personal data is processed, by whom and why. It forms part of these Terms.
1.4 Other terms that apply. Your use of the App Store and of Apple's services is also governed by Apple's own terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Third-party services used by the App are governed by their own terms (Section 11). If these Terms conflict with Apple's mandatory requirements set out in Section 26, Section 26 prevails.
1.5 Personal use. The Service is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use, including organising your own work-related documents such as receipts for your own expense claims. You may not use the Service to provide services to third parties or to process other people's photo libraries on their behalf.
2. Definitions
In these Terms:
- "Your Media" means the photos, videos, Live Photos, screenshots, screen recordings, RAW files, documents and other content stored in, or accessible through, the Apple Photos library on your device or in your iCloud Photos, together with their metadata (such as capture date, location, albums, favourites, edits and people information).
- "Suggestion" means any result produced automatically by the App or by the system frameworks it uses, including groupings ("similar", "duplicate", "burst"), classifications ("blurry", "screenshot", "received", "document", "receipt", "recipe", "sensitive"), quality scores, the choice of a "best" or "suggested" item, preselected items, space plans and goals, smart-rule matches, face groups and person matches, search results and answers, extracted text, amounts, dates and names, estimates of size or freed space, and any other recommendation.
- "Deletion Action" means any action that removes items from your photo library, including deleting items one by one, in bulk, through swipe review, the Daily 20, "Keep best", "Select all but suggested", "Keep the best in all groups", "Select all", "Select old screenshots", smart-rule review, the space plan ("Apply plan"), "Delete originals" after shrinking or converting, and moving items into the Private Vault.
- "Modification Action" means any action that creates, alters or replaces media, including shrinking or re-encoding videos, converting Live Photos into still photos, re-encoding images (for example PNG to HEIC), straightening the horizon, cropping or correcting pages, merging screenshots, trimming videos, extracting frames, creating memory films, searchable PDFs, expense files or covered ("safe share") copies, changing favourites and creating or filling albums.
- "Private Vault" or "Vault" means the App's feature that copies selected items into the App's own storage on your device and removes them from your photo library; "Vault Items" means the items stored there.
- "Premium" means the paid, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features; "Free Allowance" means the limited number of uses or the capacity of a Premium feature available without a subscription.
- "Recently Deleted" means the album of the Apple Photos app in which iOS keeps deleted items for a limited period determined by Apple.
- "Third-Party Services" means any service, software, data or content not provided by us, including those listed in Section 11.
- "Apple" means Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries.
3. Eligibility
3.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If the law of your country sets a higher minimum age for consenting to online services (for example 16 in some countries of the European Union), you must be at least that age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3.2 If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has read and accepted these Terms on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for the use of the Service by minors in their care.
3.3 You confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that you are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law, including sanctions and export-control laws (see Section 26.7).
4. Licence
4.1 Grant. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to download, install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including use by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing where Apple allows it.
4.2 Licensed, not sold. The App is licensed to you, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Service that are not expressly granted to you.
4.3 Open-source components. The App contains open-source software that is licensed under its own terms. These are listed in the App under Settings → Open source licenses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those open-source licences.
5. What the App is — and what it is not
5.1 What it does. The App helps you review, organise, search and tidy up your photo library on your device. It analyses Your Media on your device to make Suggestions, lets you select items and pass deletion and other requests to iOS, and offers additional tools such as lists, search, people, trips, places, documents, receipts, product and warranty records, smart rules, memory films, growth journals, safe sharing, a personal archive file and the Private Vault.
5.2 You remain in control. The App is a tool that carries out your instructions. You alone decide which items to keep, delete, modify, share or move, and you remain the sole person responsible for your photo library and for everything you confirm.
5.3 What the App is not. The App is not a backup, cloud storage, archiving, data-recovery or digital-preservation service; it is not a security, encryption or forensic product; and it is not an accounting, tax, legal, medical, identification or evidence-management tool. It must not be used as the only place where any important, irreplaceable or legally significant content is kept.
5.4 Technical conditions. The App works mainly on your device. Its features, speed and results depend on your device model, iOS or iPadOS version, storage, battery, temperature and Low Power Mode, whether Apple Intelligence and the necessary models and languages are available and downloaded, the photo access you grant (full or limited), whether originals stored in iCloud can be downloaded, and the size and content of your library. A first scan may take a long time, may pause, may be slowed down and may remain incomplete. Some features are available only on supported devices, in supported languages or with an internet connection.
5.5 Descriptions are not promises. Descriptions of the Service on the App Store, on websites, in screenshots, previews, advertisements, the paywall, onboarding, tips, notifications, in-app texts or support replies are general descriptions of how the Service is intended to work. They are not warranties, guarantees or binding commitments. Examples of this are estimates of space that "can be freed", statements that quality is "kept", that music causes "no copyright worries" or that the "best" shot is selected. Our obligations towards you are set out exclusively in these Terms. No employee, contractor, reviewer or other person is authorised to change or extend these Terms orally, by e-mail or in any other way.
6. YOUR PHOTO LIBRARY: DELETION, MODIFICATION AND DATA LOSS
THIS SECTION IS AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THESE TERMS. BY USING ANY DELETION ACTION, MODIFICATION ACTION OR THE PRIVATE VAULT, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED IT.
6.1 You decide every time
(a) The App never deletes anything from your photo library on its own. Every deletion requires (i) your selection or confirmation in the App and (ii) your confirmation in the system dialog that iOS shows. This system dialog is shown by Apple, not by us, and it cannot be bypassed by the App.
(b) Features such as smart rules, the space plan, the Daily 20, swipe review, cleanup categories and sensitive-photo suggestions only prepare a selection for you. Smart rules never add or delete anything by themselves; they only bring items for your review.
(c) When you confirm a deletion, you instruct iOS to delete the selected items. The deletion is carried out by iOS on your instruction. You confirm that you are the person entitled to give that instruction for every item selected.
6.2 Suggestions can be wrong
(a) Suggestions are produced by statistical, machine-learning and heuristic methods. By their nature, they can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. In particular:
- photos that look "similar" or appear as "duplicates" may show different moments, people or details that matter to you;
- a photo marked "blurry", "dark" or "low quality" may be intentional, artistic or the only picture of a moment;
- the "best", "suggested" or "chosen" item in a group is an automated guess that may not match your preference;
- items may be preselected, and a preselection may include items you want to keep;
- classifications such as "screenshot", "received", "greeting image", "document", "receipt" or "sensitive" may be wrong;
- protections (for example for favourites, edited photos, photos of people you have named or items in My purchases) are aids, not guarantees, and do not apply to every feature or every case;
- counts, sizes and groups may be outdated if your library changed in the meantime, for example through another app, another device or iCloud.
(b) YOU MUST REVIEW EVERY ITEM BEFORE YOU CONFIRM A DELETION OR MODIFICATION. Do not confirm a deletion you have not reviewed. Relying on a Suggestion without reviewing it is your own decision and your own risk.
6.3 Bulk and one-tap actions
"Select all", "Keep the best in all groups", "Select all but suggested", "Select old screenshots", "Apply plan", smart-rule review and similar actions can affect hundreds or thousands of items with a single confirmation. The more items you confirm at once, the higher the risk that an item you wanted to keep is included. You accept this heightened risk. We recommend reviewing and deleting in small batches.
6.4 Recently Deleted and permanent loss
(a) Items you delete are moved by iOS into the Recently Deleted album of the Apple Photos app. How long they stay there is decided solely by Apple (currently up to about 30 days) and may change at any time. Items may leave Recently Deleted earlier — for example if you or another person with access to your device or Apple Account empties the album or deletes the items there, if your device is reset, or as a result of Apple's own processes.
(b) Recovering an item from Recently Deleted is done in the Apple Photos app, outside our App, under Apple's rules.
(c) Once an item has left Recently Deleted, its deletion is permanent and irreversible. We do not store copies of Your Media on any server and we have no technical means to recover deleted items.
(d) Storage space is usually freed only after items have also been removed from Recently Deleted.
6.5 iCloud Photos, Shared Libraries and other devices
(a) If iCloud Photos is turned on, deleting an item on one device also deletes it from iCloud and from every other device signed in with the same Apple Account.
(b) If you take part in an iCloud Shared Photo Library, deleting or modifying a shared item may remove or change it for all participants, subject to Apple's rules and the permissions in that library. You are solely responsible towards the other participants for any deletion or modification you confirm.
(c) Deleting an item from your photo library does not delete copies that exist elsewhere (for example in messaging apps, shared albums, other cloud services or backups), and deleting such copies elsewhere does not delete items in your photo library. Categories such as "received" or "WhatsApp" are recognised by heuristics and may not match where an item actually came from.
6.6 Space estimates
Figures such as "can be freed", "will be freed", "about", space goals and freed-space totals are estimates. The space actually freed depends on, among other things, Recently Deleted, iCloud "Optimise Storage", shared or synced items, system caches and the way iOS manages storage. We do not guarantee that any particular amount of space will be freed, either on your device or in iCloud.
6.7 Shrinking, converting and re-encoding
(a) Shrinking a video (for example to 1080p HEVC), converting a Live Photo into a still photo and re-encoding an image (for example PNG to HEIC) creates a new, separate, smaller copy. The copy:
- has lower resolution, bit rate and/or image quality than the original, and may show compression artefacts;
- does not contain the motion and sound of a Live Photo;
- may not contain every piece of metadata, edit history or property of the original, even though the App tries to carry over the capture date, location, favourite status and albums.
(b) Some kinds of media (for example edited, slow-motion, Cinematic or already small items) are excluded on purpose, but we do not guarantee that every unsuitable item is recognised.
(c) The original stays in your library until you delete it. If you choose "Delete originals" or delete the originals later, everything that exists only in the original — its full quality, motion, sound, edit history and any data that was not carried into the copy — is permanently lost once it has left Recently Deleted. Check every copy before you delete its original.
(d) If both the original and the copy are kept, both take up space.
6.8 Other modifications
Straightening the horizon is saved as an edit in Apple Photos and can be reverted there to the extent Apple allows. Correcting or cropping pages, merging screenshots, trimming videos, extracting frames, creating memory films, searchable PDFs, expense files and covered copies create new files or new items. Changing favourites and exporting to albums change the organisation of your library. Check the result before you delete any source item.
6.9 PRIVATE VAULT — IMPORTANT
(a) How it works. Moving an item into the Vault first copies the original file into the App's own storage on your device and then deletes the item from your photo library, after your confirmation in the iOS dialog. From then on the item exists only inside the App on that device (and, until that period ends, in Recently Deleted).
(b) Only on this device. The Vault is not synchronised with iCloud Photos, other devices or our servers. We have no copy of any Vault Item and we cannot restore Vault Items under any circumstances.
(c) Risk of permanent loss. DELETING THE APP, ERASING OR RESETTING YOUR DEVICE, LOSING OR DAMAGING YOUR DEVICE, RESTORING YOUR DEVICE FROM A BACKUP THAT DOES NOT CONTAIN THE APP'S DATA, A FAILED UPDATE, A STORAGE FAULT OR ANY SIMILAR EVENT CAN PERMANENTLY DESTROY ALL VAULT ITEMS. Vault Items may be included in a backup of your device (iCloud Backup or a backup on a computer) only if you have such a backup turned on and it completes successfully; such backups are provided by Apple or by your computer, and we have no control over whether they contain, preserve or restore Vault Items. Before you delete the App, reset your device or move to a new device, use "Put back in gallery" for every item you want to keep.
(d) Permanent deletion inside the Vault. "Delete permanently from vault" removes the item immediately and irreversibly. It is not moved to Recently Deleted.
(e) Level of protection. The Vault relies on iOS Data Protection and is opened through iOS with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. Anyone who knows your device passcode or can unlock your device can open the Vault. The Vault is not an independently encrypted container and is not designed to resist forensic tools, malware, modified ("jailbroken") devices or legal compulsion. Do not use the Vault as the only copy of important, irreplaceable or legally significant material.
(f) Limits. Some items cannot be moved into the Vault (for example edited photos, RAW + JPEG pairs or items whose original cannot be downloaded). When an item is put back into the gallery, it is saved as a new item; information that lived only in the photo library — such as albums, favourites, people information, shared-library status or edit history — may not be restored.
(g) Free capacity. Without Premium, the Vault holds a limited number of items. If a subscription ends, existing Vault Items are not deleted and can still be opened, shared and put back; only adding new items above the free capacity is blocked.
6.10 Index, limited access and outdated information
The App keeps a local index of your library on your device. The index can be outdated, for example if items were changed or deleted in another app or on another device, or if you have given the App only limited access to your photos. The App may then show items that no longer exist, miss items that do exist or show wrong counts.
6.11 Your backup obligation
Before using any Deletion Action, Modification Action or the Private Vault, you are solely responsible for creating and checking a complete and independent backup of Your Media (for example iCloud Photos with sufficient iCloud storage, a backup on a computer or on an external drive). If you do not create such a backup, you accept the risk of permanent loss.
6.12 ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
(A) EVERY DELETION ACTION, MODIFICATION ACTION AND VAULT ACTION IS PERFORMED ON YOUR INSTRUCTION AND AT YOUR OWN RISK;
(B) WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DELETION, CORRUPTION, DEGRADATION, DUPLICATION, MISCLASSIFICATION OR UNINTENDED MODIFICATION OF YOUR MEDIA, VAULT ITEMS OR OTHER DATA, NOR FOR THEIR SENTIMENTAL, PERSONAL, PROFESSIONAL, EVIDENTIARY OR COMMERCIAL VALUE — WHETHER CAUSED BY A SUGGESTION, A PRESELECTION, A BULK OR ONE-TAP ACTION, YOUR OWN MISTAKE OR THAT OF ANOTHER PERSON USING YOUR DEVICE, A SOFTWARE ERROR, AN INTERRUPTED OPERATION, THE BEHAVIOUR OF iOS, iCLOUD OR APPLE PHOTOS, OR ANY OTHER CAUSE; AND
(C) YOU RELEASE US FROM ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM SUCH LOSS OR MODIFICATION.
This Section 6.12 does not apply to the extent that liability cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you (see Section 20.5).
6.13 No data recovery
We do not provide data-recovery services. Any help we may give with recovering items is given voluntarily, without any warranty and without accepting any liability.
7. Automated analysis, AI features and information: no guarantee
7.1 General. Many features produce results automatically, using on-device machine-learning models, Apple frameworks (such as Vision, Live Text, speech recognition, translation and Apple Intelligence) and information from Third-Party Services. These results may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsuitable or offensive. You are responsible for checking any result before relying on it, sharing it or acting on it.
7.2 People and faces. Faces are grouped on your device by a face-recognition model. The App may combine different people, split one person into several groups, attach a face to the wrong person or miss people. Features such as "This is me" and "photos others took of you" depend on these groups. You must not use the Service to identify, track, monitor, profile or verify the identity of any person, or for any security, employment, law-enforcement, legal or similar purpose. You are responsible for the names you give to people and for respecting their rights.
7.3 Search and "Ask your gallery". Search results and answers may be wrong or incomplete; questions may be misunderstood by the language model, and counts depend on the metadata available on your device. Do not rely on them as evidence or for any important decision.
7.4 Receipts, expenses, products, warranties and documents.
(a) Amounts, currencies, dates, merchants and other text read from receipts and documents can be wrong. Currencies are totalled separately and no exchange rates are applied. Expense files (PDF and CSV), searchable PDFs and product records are convenience drafts. They are not accounting, tax, audit, legal or financial documents, and they are not advice. Always check them against the original documents before using or sending them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any rejected reimbursement, tax assessment, penalty, accounting error or similar consequence.
(b) Warranty dates are only as accurate as the information entered or read. A warranty reminder may not be delivered — for example if notifications are turned off, if the date is too close or because of iOS behaviour. The App does not give legal advice about warranty or consumer rights, and we are not liable for the loss of any warranty or consumer claim.
7.5 Recipes and Reminders. Ingredients taken from a recipe screenshot and added to Reminders may be incomplete or wrong, including allergens. Never rely on them for allergy, dietary or medical purposes; always check the original recipe and product labels.
7.6 Places, trips, location and calendar features. Place names come from Apple Maps and may be wrong. "Near you" alerts are monitored by iOS, cover only a limited number of places and may be late or not appear at all. "Remind me before a trip" depends on the location text of your calendar events. These features are not navigation, travel or safety tools. Do not use the App while driving.
7.7 Books, films and series. Information such as authors and years comes from Open Library and Wikidata, which are maintained by third parties, and may be wrong or missing.
7.8 Safe share and covering private information. The automatic detection of phone numbers, e-mail addresses, links, IBANs, long numbers, licence plates, faces and similar information may miss information or cover the wrong areas. Removal of location and other hidden information applies only to the copies the App prepares. You must check every image yourself before sharing it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the disclosure of any personal, confidential or sensitive information contained in anything you share.
7.9 Sensitive-content detection (experimental). This feature is experimental and turned off by default. It runs only on your device and shows its suggestions only inside the Private Vault. It may flag harmless photos and miss sensitive ones. It tries to leave out images that appear to show children, but this is not guaranteed. It is not a content-moderation, parental-control, child-protection or legal-compliance tool.
7.10 Growth journals. Photos for a growth journal are suggested automatically and may show the wrong person. The App draws no conclusions about development, growth or health, and a journal is not a medical or developmental record.
7.11 Wardrobe and outfits. Statements such as "not in your photos for a long time" are inferences from your photos, not facts about what you wear.
7.12 Memory films and music.
(a) Memory films are assembled automatically and may include photos you would not want to show. Watch the film before sharing it. You are responsible for the photos, videos and people that appear in any film you save or share.
(b) The music of a memory film is generated on your device by the App. We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the generated soundtrack as part of films created with the App, including for sharing on social networks for personal, non-commercial purposes. We do not guarantee that the automated content-recognition systems of third-party platforms will never flag, mute or restrict a film.
7.13 Speech, Live Text and translation. Speech in videos is transcribed by Apple's speech recognition, text in photos is read by Apple's Live Text and translated by Apple's translation service. Their accuracy is not guaranteed.
7.14 Siri, Shortcuts, Spotlight, widgets and notifications. Information about your library — such as counts, the names of lists, people and trips, thumbnails and memories — may appear in Siri answers, Shortcuts, Spotlight search, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets and notifications. Anyone who can see or use your device may see this information. You are responsible for configuring iOS (notification previews, widgets, Siri, Spotlight and screen lock) to suit your privacy needs.
7.15 No professional advice. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, psychological or other professional advice.
8. Your content and your responsibilities
8.1 Ownership. You keep all rights in Your Media and in the content you create in the App (such as notes, lists, names, rules, records, reports and journals). We do not claim ownership of any of it. Because this content is processed on your device, we do not receive it. To the extent any licence is needed for the App to process your content on your device according to your instructions, you grant it to us for that purpose only.
8.2 Rights and consents. You are solely responsible for having all rights and consents needed for the content you process, name, export or share with the App — in particular images of other people (including children) and the names you assign to them — and for complying with all applicable laws on privacy, data protection, personality and image rights, and copyright when you do so.
8.3 Unlawful content. You must not use the Service to store, process or share unlawful content, including any child sexual abuse material, content that infringes the rights of others or content obtained unlawfully.
8.4 Exported and shared files. Files and copies that leave the App — such as the personal archive file, expense files, PDFs, CSVs, memory films, covered copies and shared lists — are outside our control as soon as you save or share them (for example through the share sheet, Files, AirDrop, messaging apps or cloud services). You are responsible for where you save them and with whom you share them. The personal archive file contains your notes and the names of people; store it only in places you trust.
8.5 Device and account security. You are responsible for the security of your device, its passcode, Face ID or Touch ID settings and your Apple Account. We are not responsible for any access to your device, your library or the Vault by a person who can unlock your device.
9. Premium subscriptions and Free Allowances
9.1 Free version and Premium. The App can be used free of charge with advertising. Certain features are available without a subscription only within a Free Allowance (for example a number of uses, a monthly number of uses or a capacity), shown in the App under Settings → Free trial and at the place where the feature is used. Premium removes advertising and unlocks the Premium features described in the App at the time of purchase.
9.2 Plans. Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription with the periods available in the App at the time (for example weekly, monthly and yearly). All plans unlock the same features; they differ only in the billing period and price. The title, length and price of each plan are shown in the App and in Apple's payment sheet before you buy. We may introduce, change or discontinue plans, prices, introductory offers, free trials and promotional offers at any time; existing subscriptions continue under the terms that applied when they were bought until the end of the current period.
9.3 Payment through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple under its terms. We never receive your payment card or bank details.
9.4 Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (for example Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
9.5 Free trials and introductory offers. If a free trial or an introductory price is offered, its length and the price that applies afterwards are shown before you start it, and Apple decides whether you are eligible. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or introductory period ends, the subscription continues at the regular price. Where Apple's rules provide for it, any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
9.6 Price changes. Prices are set per region and may change. Apple informs you of price increases and, where its rules require, asks for your consent before a renewal at a higher price.
9.7 Refunds. All payments are processed by Apple. We cannot issue refunds. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple (for example at reportaproblem.apple.com) and are decided by Apple under its policies. A temporary interruption, error or limitation of the Service, of a feature or of the recognition of a purchase does not by itself entitle you to a refund, a price reduction or compensation from us. Your mandatory statutory rights are not affected.
9.8 Statutory right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Türkiye or another country that grants a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content or services, that right is exercised through Apple under its procedures. Where you request that Premium starts immediately, you acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law (including Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts), your right of withdrawal ends once the performance has begun.
9.9 Recognition and restoration of purchases. Purchases are verified through Apple and through RevenueCat, a subscription-management service. Activation or restoration of Premium may be delayed or temporarily unavailable — for example if the store or the network cannot be reached. You can restore an existing subscription under Settings → Premium → Restore purchases. If Apple refunds, cancels or revokes a payment, Premium ends.
9.10 Free Allowances. A Free Allowance is counted only for actions that are completed; cancelled or failed actions are not counted. Free Allowances have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or exchanged and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. You must not try to reset or circumvent them.
9.11 When a subscription ends. Content you created is not deleted: your lists, records, journals, rules, expense files and Vault Items remain accessible as described in the App. Premium-only actions and adding new items above a Free Allowance are no longer possible.
9.12 Changes to Premium. We may add, change or remove Premium features. If we make a change that materially reduces Premium during a period you have already paid for, you may cancel your subscription, and Apple's refund rules and your mandatory statutory rights apply.
10. Advertising
10.1 Ads in the free version. The free version shows advertising served by Google AdMob, for example a banner in Library, an interstitial ad between some pages and a rewarded ad before a swipe-review deletion. The number, frequency and placement of ads may change and may be controlled remotely. Premium shows no ads.
10.2 Consent and tracking. Whether ads may be personalised, and whether the advertising identifier may be used, depends on your choices in the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt and, where applicable, in Google's consent form. Details are in the Privacy Policy. You can change your choices under Settings → Ad privacy options in the App and in iOS settings.
10.3 Third-party advertising. Ads are provided by third parties. We do not endorse, check or control the advertisers, their products, their statements or the websites and apps that ads lead to. Any dealings with an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any ad content or for any loss resulting from an ad.
10.4 Rewarded ads. A reward (for example continuing a swipe-review deletion in the free version) has no monetary value. If an ad cannot be loaded, shown or completed, we do not owe any replacement or compensation.
10.5 No invalid traffic. You must not click ads or interact with them in an artificial, automated or fraudulent way, or encourage others to do so.
11. Third-Party Services
11.1 Services used. The App relies on Third-Party Services, including:
- Apple: iOS and iPadOS, Apple Photos and PhotoKit, iCloud Photos, Apple Intelligence and on-device models, Background Assets (downloads of models), Vision, Live Text, speech recognition, Translate, Apple Maps, Siri and Shortcuts, Spotlight, widgets, notifications, Calendar and Reminders, Face ID and Touch ID, the App Store and StoreKit;
- Google: AdMob and the User Messaging Platform (consent), Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Remote Config;
- RevenueCat: verification and management of subscriptions;
- Internet Archive (Open Library) and Wikimedia Foundation (Wikidata): information on books, films and series.
11.2 Their terms apply. Third-Party Services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, changes, outages or decisions. Changes made by Apple to iOS, Apple Photos, iCloud or Recently Deleted may change how the App works.
11.3 Trademarks. Apple, iPhone, iPad, iCloud, Siri, Face ID, Touch ID, Live Photos and Apple Intelligence are trademarks of Apple Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC. Google, AdMob and Firebase are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names may be trademarks of their respective owners. These names are used only to describe compatibility or function. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of these companies.
12. Permissions
The App asks for permissions only when a feature needs them: Photos (full or limited access; required for the App's main functions), Notifications, Location while using the App ("Near you" and "Near me"), Calendars (read-only, for trip reminders), Reminders (to add the ingredients you choose), Face ID (to open the Vault), Speech Recognition (to make speech in videos searchable) and Tracking (for personalised ads). Granting a permission is voluntary. If you refuse or withdraw a permission in iOS settings, the related features will not work. Changing a permission does not delete anything from your photo library.
13. Notifications and reminders
The App can schedule local notifications on your device, such as a weekly cleanup reminder, "On this day" memories, anniversaries, films of finished trips, warranty reminders, place alerts and reminders before a trip. Notifications may be delayed, grouped or not delivered at all because of iOS settings, Focus modes, Low Power Mode or other conditions. Their content (including thumbnails) may appear on the Lock Screen. Do not rely on the App's notifications for any important deadline, such as the end of a warranty.
14. Personal archive (export and import)
14.1 The personal archive lets you export to a file — and import again — the content you added to the App, such as list memberships, your own lists, notes, product and warranty records, people's names, corrections, cleanup history, smart rules, expense reports and growth journals. It does not contain your photos, face data, scan results or the Private Vault.
14.2 Importing only adds and merges; it does not delete records on the device. Links to photos are restored fully only on the same device and library; on another device, some records may stay unlinked until the corresponding photos are present. We do not guarantee that an archive is complete, that it can be imported into every version of the App or that every record can be linked again.
14.3 The archive file contains personal data, including the names of other people. You are solely responsible for storing it securely and for any disclosure of it.
15. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not allow anyone else to:
(a) copy, modify, translate, adapt, distribute, sell, rent, lend or sublicense the App or any part of it, except as expressly permitted by law;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, or extract its models, source code or data, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits this despite this restriction;
(c) circumvent, disable or interfere with Premium, Free Allowances, purchase verification, advertising, consent mechanisms or any security or technical limitation;
(d) make fraudulent purchases, abuse refunds or chargebacks, or generate invalid ad traffic;
(e) use the Service to monitor, identify, track, stalk, harass or profile any person, or to build a database of faces or people;
(f) use the Service to store, process or share unlawful content, including child sexual abuse material, or content that infringes the rights of others;
(g) use the App on a device whose security features have been removed or modified ("jailbroken"), or by automated means, bots or scripts, including to send automated requests to the services of Third Parties;
(h) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice;
(i) use the Service in breach of any law, including export-control and sanctions laws, or for any high-risk purpose where an error could lead to legal, financial or personal harm, such as the preservation of evidence or legal holds.
We may suspend or terminate your licence and take legal action if you breach this Section.
16. Intellectual property and feedback
16.1 The App, its code, its machine-learning models and their parameters, its music generator, designs, texts, graphics, icons, logos and the names "Gallery Cleaner", "AI Sweep" and "Portal Studio" are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Except for the licence in Section 4, these Terms do not grant you any right in them.
16.2 If you send us ideas, suggestions or other feedback, you grant us a free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use it for any purpose, without any obligation to you.
17. Updates, availability and changes to the Service
17.1 Updates. We may release updates that add, change or remove features. Updates may be installed automatically through the App Store depending on your settings.
17.2 Required updates. We may require you to install an update in order to continue using the App (for example through a remote setting). Older versions may stop working fully or partly.
17.3 Compatibility. The App requires iOS or iPadOS 26.0 or later. Some features require a device that supports Apple Intelligence, a supported language or downloaded models. We do not guarantee that the App works on every device or with every future operating-system version.
17.4 Remote settings. Some settings of the App, such as the frequency of ads or the minimum supported version, may be controlled remotely.
17.5 Experimental features. Features marked as experimental or beta (such as sensitive-content detection) are provided as they are and may change or be removed at any time.
17.6 Suspension and discontinuation. We may suspend, limit or discontinue the Service or any feature, or remove the App from the App Store, at any time. Data stored on your device remains there under iOS rules, but we are not obliged to keep the App working. Keep your own backups.
18. Support
You can contact us at portalstudio.info@gmail.com. We try to answer within a reasonable time but do not guarantee a response time or a solution. Never send us private photos, payment details or passwords.
19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

19.3 No information or advice, oral or written, obtained from us or through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
19.4 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In that case, the exclusions above apply only to the extent permitted, and any warranty that cannot be excluded is limited to the shortest period permitted by law. Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, including any statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital content, are not affected.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
20.1 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, MEDIA, MEMORIES, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL OR OPPORTUNITY, OR FOR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHATEVER THE LEGAL BASIS (CONTRACT, TORT INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, STATUTE OR OTHERWISE), AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
20.2 WITHOUT LIMITING SECTION 20.1, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- THE DELETION, LOSS, CORRUPTION, DEGRADATION OR MODIFICATION OF YOUR MEDIA, VAULT ITEMS OR ANY OTHER DATA, FOR ANY REASON;
- ANY CONSEQUENCE OF A SUGGESTION, PRESELECTION, BULK ACTION OR ONE-TAP ACTION, OR OF ANY ACTION YOU OR ANYONE USING YOUR DEVICE CONFIRMED;

- ANY DELAY OR FAILURE IN RECOGNISING A PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIPTION;
- ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO YOUR DEVICE, YOUR APPLE ACCOUNT OR YOUR DATA THAT IS NOT CAUSED BY US.
20.3 LIABILITY CAP. WHERE WE ARE NEVERTHELESS HELD LIABLE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE AND THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID FOR PREMIUM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE FIRST CLAIM OR, IF YOU PAID NOTHING, TWENTY EUROS (EUR 20) OR ITS EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY.
20.4 Basis of the bargain. The disclaimers and limitations in Sections 6, 7, 19 and 20 are an essential basis of the agreement between you and us. Without them, we could not offer the App free of charge or at its current price.
20.5 Mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you. In particular, nothing excludes or limits our liability (a) for intent (wilful misconduct) or gross negligence, including under Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations; (b) for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (c) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (d) under mandatory product-liability law; or (e) under mandatory consumer-protection law, including your statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital content. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we are also liable for loss that is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill; in cases of slight negligence, however, we are liable only for the breach of obligations that are essential to the proper performance of these Terms and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely, and only up to the damage that was typical and foreseeable when the agreement was concluded. Where a limitation is not permitted, our liability is limited to the minimum required by law.
20.6 Time limit for claims. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arose; otherwise it is permanently barred.
21. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us and our owners, directors, employees, contractors and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, fine, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party or incurred by us that arises from (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Service; (c) the content you process, name, export or share, including images and names of other people; (d) any deletion or modification you confirm that affects other people, for example in a Shared Library; or (e) your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party — except to the extent the claim was caused by our own fault. If you are a consumer, this obligation applies only where you acted culpably.
22. Events beyond our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations that results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, acts of public authorities, power or telecommunication failures, internet outages, cyber-attacks, and failures, restrictions or changes of the operating system, the App Store or any Third-Party Service. For as long as such an event lasts, our obligations are suspended.
23. Term and termination
23.1 These Terms apply from the moment you first accept them until they are terminated.
23.2 You may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App from all your devices. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription — cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Before you delete the App, put every Vault Item you want to keep back into your gallery (Section 6.9).
23.3 We may suspend or terminate your licence with immediate effect if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
23.4 On termination, the licence in Section 4 ends and you must stop using the App and delete it. Sections 6, 7, 8, 14.3, 16, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 26 and 27, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive, remain in force after termination.
24. Governing law and disputes
24.1 Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceedings, please contact us at portalstudio.info@gmail.com with a description of your complaint. Both parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days. This does not prevent you from using any statutory complaint procedure that cannot be excluded.
24.2 Governing law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
24.3 Jurisdiction. Subject to Sections 24.4 and 24.5, the Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have exclusive jurisdiction.
24.4 Consumers.
(a) If you are a consumer residing in Türkiye, you may also apply, within the monetary limits announced each year, to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or to the Consumer Courts that are competent under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, including those of your place of residence.
(b) If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another country whose law grants you mandatory protections, the choice of Turkish law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
24.5 ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS-ACTION WAIVER FOR USERS IN THE UNITED STATES.
(a) Binding arbitration. If you reside in the United States, you and we agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section 24.5. The arbitration may be conducted by video conference or, at your choice, in the county where you reside. Payment of filing, administration and arbitrator fees is governed by the AAA's rules.
(b) Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if the claim qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for the infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.
(c) CLASS-ACTION WAIVER. YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, COLLECTIVE OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person and may award relief only to the individual party seeking it.
(d) JURY-TRIAL WAIVER. TO THE EXTENT ANY DISPUTE PROCEEDS IN COURT RATHER THAN IN ARBITRATION, YOU AND WE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
(e) Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending an e-mail to portalstudio.info@gmail.com with the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out", stating your name and the e-mail address you use with us, within thirty (30) days after you first accept these Terms. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
(f) Severability. If the class-action waiver in paragraph (c) is found unenforceable for a particular claim, then the arbitration agreement does not apply to that claim, which must be brought in court on an individual basis to the extent permitted.
25. Changes to these Terms
25.1 We may change these Terms for valid reasons, including changes in the law or in court or regulatory practice, new or changed features of the Service, security reasons, changes in Third-Party Services or in the App Store's rules, and changes in our business model.
25.2 We will publish the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we will inform you in the App or by another appropriate means a reasonable time — normally at least fifteen (15) days — before it takes effect, unless the change is required immediately by law or for security reasons.
25.3 By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service, delete the App and cancel your subscription. Changes do not apply retroactively to disputes of which we were notified before the change.
26. Additional terms for the Apple App Store version
If you obtained the App from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply in addition and prevail in case of conflict:
26.1 Acknowledgement. These Terms are concluded between you and Tuğrulhan Çınar (Portal Studio) only, and not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
26.2 Scope of licence. The licence granted to you is limited to a non-transferable licence to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
26.3 Maintenance and support. We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the App as described in these Terms or as required by applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
26.4 Warranty. We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for the App (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty are our sole responsibility, subject to these Terms.
26.5 Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of it, including (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation, including in connection with the App's use of the HealthKit and HomeKit frameworks (which the App does not currently use).
26.6 Intellectual property rights. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any such claim.
26.7 Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
26.8 Developer name and address. Questions, complaints or claims regarding the App should be directed to: Tuğrulhan Çınar (Portal Studio), Kemalöz Mahallesi, 2. Barut Sk. No: 16, Kat: 1, Daire: 2, Uşak/Merkez, Türkiye — portalstudio.info@gmail.com.
26.9 Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the App, such as your mobile network or internet provider's terms.
26.10 Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
27. General provisions
27.1 Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any in-app terms that we expressly designate as binding, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and replace any prior agreements, statements or understandings.
27.2 No variation by statements. No statement in the App Store listing, on a website, in advertising, in the App or by our staff or contractors changes, extends or adds to these Terms, or creates any warranty, unless we expressly publish it as an amendment to these Terms (Section 25).
27.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, it shall be applied to the greatest extent permitted or replaced by the valid provision that comes closest to its purpose, and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. This applies in particular to the disclaimers and limitations in Sections 6, 7, 19, 20 and 21.
27.4 No waiver. Our failure or delay in enforcing any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
27.5 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations, in whole or in part, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets, provided that this does not reduce your rights.
27.6 Relationship. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship.
27.7 Notices and electronic communication. We may send you notices in the App, through the App Store, on our website or, if you have written to us, by e-mail. You agree that agreements, notices and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
27.8 Evidence. To the extent permitted by law and without prejudice to your right to prove the contrary, our electronic records constitute evidence within the meaning of Article 193 of the Turkish Code of Civil Procedure.
27.9 Language. These Terms are drawn up in English and Turkish. For users residing in Türkiye, the Turkish version prevails; for all other users, the English version prevails. Any other translation is provided for convenience only.
27.10 Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only. Words such as "including", "in particular" and "for example" mean "including without limitation".
27.11 Export control and sanctions. You must comply with all applicable export-control and sanctions laws when using the Service.
27.12 U.S. Government end users. The App is a "commercial item" consisting of "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation" as these terms are used in the U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulation and is licensed to U.S. Government end users only as a commercial item and with only the rights granted to all other end users under these Terms.
27.13 No other third-party beneficiaries. Except for Apple (Section 26.10), no third party has any right to enforce these Terms.
